💌 Welcome to Shine by Grace

A letter to every believer who wants to reflect Christ—not through effort, but through grace.

Hi friend,

Whether you’re new here or have been quietly following along for a while, I want you to know something right from the start:

You don’t have to shine for Jesus—He’s already shining through you.
Not because you’re strong. Not because you’ve got it all together.
But because you are His.

This space—Shine by Grace—is not about trying harder, producing more, or impressing anyone.
It’s about abiding.
It’s about being formed.
It’s about reflecting the Light that never dims.

Here, “shine” isn’t just a word.

It’s a rhythm.
A reflection.
A reminder.

Here’s what it means to S.H.I.N.E.—not in your own strength, but in His:

💫 S – Saved by Grace

You are redeemed—not because you earned it, but because He gave it freely.

“God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.”
— Ephesians 2:8 (NLT)

💫 H – Humbled by Grace

You no longer need to perform or prove. Grace invites you to bow low and rise whole.

“And he gives grace generously. As the Scriptures say, ‘God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.’”
— James 4:6 (NLT)

💫 I – Inspired by Grace

Grace doesn’t make us passive—it stirs us to love, to create, to share, to live with joy.

“For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people. And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God.”
— Titus 2:11–12 (NLT)

💫 N – Nurtured by Grace

In every season—joyful, weary, or waiting—God’s grace continues to grow you.

“He will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will carry the lambs in his arms, holding them close to his heart. He will gently lead the mother sheep with their young.”
— Isaiah 40:11 (NLT)

💫 E – Empowered by Grace

You are strengthened not by striving, but by the Spirit of God alive in you.

“Each time he said, ‘My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.’ So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.”
— 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NLT)

So, no matter where you are in your story today…
You are still held. Still growing. Still called to reflect His light.

And around here, we believe that happens by grace.

You belong in this community of women walking slowly, gently, and truthfully with Jesus.

And I’m so glad you’re here.

With grace and light,

Kathy
